Pontex Investment Partners (formerly known as NIBC Investment Partners) provides minority equity to Dutch SME companies. We support entrepreneurs with growth capital, by investing through minority shareholdings (20-50%) whilst often providing the majority of capital requirements. Our team of investment professionals is based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

We invest in companies at decisive moments. Through our flexibility in structuring equity in combination with shareholder loans Pontex Investment Partners can provide the majority of source capital, while at the same time facilitating entrepreneurs in retaining the majority of the shares.
