League Table

To be included in the Quarterly League Tables, deals must be submitted before the following deadlines:

• Q1, April 3rd (publication date April 16th)

• Q2: July 1 at 1 p.m. (publication date: July 16)

• Q3, October 2nd (publication date October 15th)

• Q4, January 9th (publication date January 22nd)

Immediately after the deadline has passed, the League Tables are exported and prepared for publication. This means that deals submitted after the deadline will no longer be counted for that period's League Tables. However, they will be included in the following period's League Tables. The same applies to changes for deals that are already published that are submitted after the deadline, such as adding advisory teams, changes in the deal value, and/or percentage sold.

The League Tables are always a snapshot, and the published League Tables in Het Financieele Dagblad, mena.nl, and M&A magazine may therefore differ from what is visible at a later time on Dealmaker.nl. The online version on Dealmaker.nl always provide the most accurate representation of the League Tables.

In order to ensure as comprehensive and as high quality a product as possible, Dealmaker.nl needs to know that all material submitted for inclusion is accurate, that the contributor has all necessary permission to provide the submission, and that use of the material by MenA.nl and Dealmaker.nl will not infringe on any right (for example, copyright) of any third party or breach any law or agreement (for example, an obligation of confidentiality). By submitting information, therefore, each contributor is confirming to Dealmaker.nl that all of these statements are correct.
