How are the nominees and winners selected?
In the categories Best Young M&A Advisor, Best Young M&A Lawyer, and Best Young Private Equity Manager, numerous nominations have been submitted over the past few months via MAawards.nl and MenA.nl. Many thanks on behalf of the editorial team and the jury.

The jury panel, Tanja Kramer (Head of ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund), Aleksa Nikolic (Investment Banking Vice President at Lazard), Christiane van der Wateren (CFO at LeydenJar), Rebecca Runa Pinto-Noome (Partner at NautaDutilh), and Nina Zimberlin (Director at Rabobank), have carefully reviewed the submissions and selected the following nominees.

Final scores are based 75% on the jury’s assessment and 25% on your vote. Cast your vote now for your favorite talent. Please note: voting is open until Monday, 1 December at 23:59 CET and you can vote for only one nominee.
