Bio
Toon Parmet obtained his Master of Science in Financial Economics from the Erasmus School of Economics in 2020, after completing his bachelor’s in economics & business economics (Dutch) from the same institution in 2017. During his bachelor’s degree, Toon was actively involved in R.S.V. Sanctus Laurentius and the Economic Faculty Rotterdam.
Toon currently works as a Senior Associate at Lindenaar & Co Corporate Finance, a position he has held since July 2024. Before that, he was an Associate from November 2021 to July 2024 and an Analyst from November 2019 to October 2021. In total, he has gained more than five years of experience at Lindenaar & Co.
Before joining Lindenaar & Co, Toon was a consultant at Profource from February 2018 to August 2019 and gained experience as an intern at IMPROVED Corporate Finance from September 2017 to January 2018.

This makes him a great mentor, for the (junior) analysts, as well as for his peers. Toon is a real team player and an example for others.

Towards clients and relations Toon is being recognized as an all-round advisor and he has a high “goodwill factor”. As a result clients are calling directly to Toon and asking him for advice. Post closing clients are also reaching out to Toon to stay in touch, which will result in new commercial opportunities in the future.

In the deal Toon stays calm when the heat is on, this makes clients trust Toon and his judgement. In line with our company culture, Toon always has a honest and direct approach to our clients, which is highly valued, and he is never afraid to give his opinion. In sell-side transactions Toon is directly in touch with buyers and other advisors, he is able to express the concerns of the client in a professional manner searching for the best solution to overcome any issue. Furthermore, Toon is willing to make the extra mile to ensure that he will not be surprised further on in the process and the deal certainty is increased.
