Since the beginning of this year, Dylan has been responsible for overseeing HR within IRIS. Under his lead, 5 new consultants were hired. He took full responsibility for their professional development and made them feel at home. In addition, he monitors quality and ensures that there is uniformity across the entire organization. Dylan also acquired the important skill to give feedback in a constructive manner and takes ownership when consequences are required.

Outside IRIS, Dylan actively participates in industry events (for example as a board member of Young M&A aan de Maas). In a short period of time Dylan sourced a large and diverse network, not only for himself, but also for IRIS CF. For example, Dylan acquired a valuable network and excellent reputation in the Port of Rotterdam. Although this sector is particularly difficult to penetrate due to its closed nature, Dylan managed to build a solid reputation amongst a number of captains in the industry.

His ability to make complex financial concepts understandable to clients and his dedication to guiding them through transactions is highly appreciated by clients.
