What distinguishes Dylan from his peers is his ability to blend professionality with authenticity and humor, always knowing how to lighten the mood when things get tense. E.g. to level in a professional, yet personal manner takes a highly skilled person to manoeuvre between all stakeholders in a deal as well as for example new colleagues, freshly out of university. Since the beginning of this year, Dylan has been responsible for overseeing HR within IRIS. Under his lead, 5 new consultants were hired. He took full responsibility for their professional development and made them feel at home. In addition, he monitors quality and ensures that there is uniformity across the entire organization. Dylan also acquired the important skill to give feedback in a constructive manner and takes ownership when consequences are required.

What impact does the talent have outside the organization?
Outside IRIS, Dylan actively participates in industry events (for example as a board member of Young M&A aan de Maas). In a short period of time Dylan sourced a large and diverse network, not only for himself, but also for IRIS CF. For example, Dylan acquired a valuable network and excellent reputation in the Port of Rotterdam. Although this sector is particularly difficult to penetrate due to its closed nature, Dylan managed to build a solid reputation amongst a number of captains in the industry.

To what extent does the talent makes the difference to clients?
Clients lean on Dylan for advice and trust him fully throughout the process. His ability to make complex financial concepts understandable to clients and his dedication to guiding them through transactions is highly appreciated by clients. He makes the difference by simplifying the complexities and ensuring that clients not only achieve optimal outcomes but also feel fully supported throughout the process. The combination of analytical skills and people skills significantly contributes to building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients.
