• advised Moore DRV on various acquisitions, including the recent acquisition of FSV Accountants + Adviseurs  and the acquisition of Brabant Accountants en Belastingadviseurs;     
• advised VE Partners on the sale of Mosam to ELK Groep (backed by Waterland Private Equity), a company specializing in renovation and maintenance for housing associations; and     
• advised the shareholders of VAM WaterTech, a Netherlands-based company specializing in modular water treatment systems on the sale of a majority stake to ORAXYS and SWEN Capital Partners.
