Jasper joined DLA Piper as a junior associate in September 2018 and is currently a senior associate in the Corporate M&A team. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in corporate law from Utrecht University, graduating cum laude in 2017, after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same university in 2015. He subsequently advised TMC on its add-on acquisitions in various jurisdictions.
- NCC Group Plc (LSE:NCC), a global cyber security and software resilience business, on two cross-border M&A transactions, including the divestment of Fox Crypto, a developer of high assurance cryptographic products to secure and contain sensitive information, to CR Group. As part of this transaction, he successfully navigated the client through the complex regulatory approval processes in various jurisdictions safeguarding national security interests.
- Global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) and HSO, a leading global Microsoft services partner, on the sale of HSO to Bain Capital.
- EMK Capital on its investment in VDK Groep, a group of technical installation and maintenance companies, and the subsequent execution of its buy-and-build strategy in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany since 2020.
- Ballast Nedam, a Dutch construction company, on various transactions since 2021, including the acquisition of Hurks Groep.
