What is M&A / MenA.nl?
M&A (MenA.nl) is the leading platform and community for (young) professionals in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, offering news, events, a deal database (Dealmaker.nl), League Tables, and the M&A Magazine.
Who is the M&A Community for?
For professionals in M&A, corporate finance, private equity/venture capital, and M&A advisors. There is a separate Young M&A Community for professionals up to 35 years old.

How can I become a member of the M&A Community?
You can easily subscribe via the signup page.
What types of memberships are available?
There are three individual memberships at M&A:
- M&A Online
- Young M&A (≤ 35 years)
- Full M&A

Does the M&A Community also offer team or corporate subscriptions?
The M&A Community offers several attractive partnerships. These partnerships provide many benefits, including multiple memberships within the M&A Community, so that your entire department can gain access. Various partnerships are available. Reach 20,000 top investors, entrepreneurs, and M&A professionals through the M&A and Young M&A Communities. Our platform combines exclusive events, a deal database, league tables, newsletters, and magazines.

Can I subscribe to multiple memberships at once?
Yes, through a partnership.
3. Membership renewal and cancellation
How long does a membership last and is it automatically renewed?
A paid membership lasts one year and is automatically renewed unless canceled in time (or otherwise stated in the offer).
What is the cancellation period for my membership?
- M&A Online: can be canceled immediately.
- Young M&A membership: billed annually, renewed yearly. Must be canceled at least 1 month before renewal.
- Full M&A membership: billed annually, renewed yearly. Must be canceled at least 1 month before renewal.
- Partnerships: billed annually, renewed yearly. Must be canceled at least 1 month before renewal.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging into your account. Under ‘Manage Membership and Addresses’ you can terminate your active membership. Please note that your membership will remain active until the end of your membership period.
4. Changing my membership / personal details
Can I change my delivery and/or billing address?
Yes, log in at mena.nl and go to your account area. Under ‘Manage Membership and Addresses’ you can change your delivery and billing address.
How do I change my password?
Log in at mena.nl and go to your account area. Under ‘Change Password’ you can set a new password.
If you no longer know your password, go to https://mijn.mena.nl/password-forgotten. Enter the email address we have on file for you and you will receive a password reset email.
How do I change my email address?
Log in at mena.nl and go to your account area. Under ‘Change email address’ you can change your email address.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are emailed. To request a copy, contact customer service.
5. Login and account
How do I create an account / how do I register?
You can create an account/M&A Online membership here.
With an M&A Online membership you have limited access to Dealmaker.nl and you can subscribe to various newsletters from MenA.nl.
Would you like to receive the M&A Magazine (digital), gain access to events, and have full access to Dealmaker.nl? Then become a member of the M&A Community via the signup page.
I forgot which email I used to register – what should I do?
Send an email to customer service with your name, preferred login email, and subscription number (if applicable).
I forgot my password – what should I do?
If you no longer know your password, go to https://mijn.mena.nl/password-forgotten. Enter the email address we have on file for you and you will receive a password reset email.
I have a membership but no access to Dealmaker.nl – what now?
You may be logging in with a different email address than the one used when your membership was created. You only have full access to Dealmaker.nl if you log in with the email address you provided when taking out your membership.
If you continue to experience issues, please send an email to customer service including your name, the email address you are using to log in, and if available, your membership number.
6. M&A Magazine
When will I receive my first M&A Magazine?
After signing up for Full or Young membership, you will receive a welcome message with information about the delivery date of your first issue. Below you can see the publication dates. Please note that if you take out a membership just a few days before a publication date, you will receive your first magazine with the following edition.
What are the publication dates of the M&A Magazine?
The planned publication dates are (subject to change):
2025 — Edition 01: April 2025
2025 — Edition 02: July/August 2025
2025 — Edition 03: October/November 2025
What if I didn’t receive my magazine?
Delivery may take longer than you are used to. We therefore ask you to wait a few days first. If you still haven’t received the M&A Magazine after a week, please contact our customer service.
7. Newsletters
How do I subscribe to the M&A newsletters?
M&A offers several newsletters you can subscribe to in order to stay up to date with the latest news. You can sign up via https://mijn.mena.nl/newsletters/subscribe.
How do I change my preferences/unsubscribe?
Via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or through the same subscription page.
8. Dealmaker.nl
What is Dealmaker.nl and do I get access as a member?
Dealmaker.nl is the most comprehensive M&A deal and dealmaker database for the Netherlands and Belgium. (Young/Full) members receive premium access; Online members can, among other things, add deals and create and manage their own dealmaker profile.
Where can I find the deal database?
You can find the deal database at Dealmaker.nl or via MenA.nl -> View the deal database.
How do I log in to Dealmaker.nl?
You can login to Dealmaker.nl with your M&A account. Go to Dealmaker.nl and login. Use your M&A account with “Sign in with my M&A membership”.
Can I have full access to Dealmaker.nl without an M&A Membership?
You can subscribe for a Dealmaker only subscription to get full access to Dealmaker without an M&A Membership.
How do I add a deal?
Log in to Dealmaker.nl and use the “Submit Deal” option.
Check if your deal is already listed by searching at Dealmaker.nl/deals, in your personal profile, or your company profile.
Missing a deal? Fill out the deal submission form in just a few minutes.
A published deal is incorrect/incomplete – what should I do?
Use the contact form on the deal page and send us the missing or incorrect details. The deal will be adjusted by our deal team.
How do I update my personal/company profile?
To edit your dealmaker profile and/or company profile on Dealmaker.nl, your profile must be linked to an (M&A) account.
- Log in with your M&A account and click your name in the top-right corner.
- If a profile is linked, you will see the option Edit dealmaker profile.
- If no profile is linked, you can either link an existing profile or create a new one via Create dealmaker profile.
- To link a company profile to an account, please contact the Deal Team at deals@mena.nl.
9. League Tables
What are the M&A League Tables>
The M&A League Tables on Dealmaker.nl provide the most comprehensive overview of top dealmakers in the Dutch mergers & acquisitions market.
Where can I find the League Tables?
The League Tables are available on Dealmaker.nl (accessible to M&A Community members).
How often are they published?
The League Tables are published quarterly (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct) on mena.nl, in M&A Magazine and in the Financieele Dagblad.
10. Events and courses
Where can I find information about events organized by the M&A Community?
The M&A Community organizes various events throughout the year, such as M&A Fora, the Private Equity Summit, the Criterium, and the M&A Awards. You can find an overview of upcoming events at https://www.mena.nl/events, where you can also register directly.
Do members get a discount on event participation?
Full or Young members receive free access to events organized specifically for Young or Full members. For the M&A Awards, dinner tables and party tickets are sold separately.
Can I co-organize an event with M&A Community?
Yes, that is possible as part of a partnership. For more information about the options, please contact the M&A Community Manager, Elisa Houweling.
Where can I find information about training courses offered by the M&A Community?
The M&A Community works closely with Alex van Groningen and the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, both of which offer a wide range of inspiring courses, e-learnings, and masterclasses on current and relevant topics. Keep developing your skills by choosing a course that suits you. More information can be found at alexvangroningen.nl

Do members get a discount on training courses?
Young or Full members receive a 10% discount on participation in courses or training programs from Alex van Groningen and/or the Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
