Panel discussion: ‘Financing through the cycle; navigating the evolving landscape’ (18.00 – 19.00)
Over the past eighteen months Europe has seen exceptionally strong debt and equity capital market conditions. In addition to traditional products, new forms of highly flexible capital have become increasingly available. As a result, companies now frequently find themselves opposite a diverse investor base and requiring an ever-more sophisticated approach to their funding. This panel discussion, featuring industry experts from a variety of angles, will examine recent market developments, highlighting lessons learnt and key future trends.
The panel discussion, which will be led by moderator Marc Monasch (Managing Director, Kingstree), will involve a select group of industry experts, including representatives from a bank and credit fund, two Dutch CFOs, as well as a lawyer, private equity partner and corporate finance adviser.
