The M&A environment is shifting, and the definition of “value” is shifting with it. It is no longer just a number on a balance sheet, it is increasingly a question of leadership, execution and strategic vision.

We’re excited to announce the return of the M&A New Year Drinks, taking place on Friday, 23 January 2026 at Capital C Amsterdam.

It’s been a while since we last gathered to kick off the dealmaking year together. After closing 2025 in style at the M&A Awards, we look forward to celebrating fresh beginnings and launching a new season of community events with you.

We are pleased to welcome Leo van de Voort (former Director Corporate Finance, Kempen & Co), who will share his brief outlook on the M&A climate for 2026.

This year’s edition will be held in The High Light, our iconic rooftop glass dome, offering panoramic views over Amsterdam and the perfect setting to raise a glass to new opportunities.
