Via our investment department, NIBC Mezzanine & Equity Partners (MEP), we support mid-sized companies in the Netherlands and Germany with risk-bearing capital in achieving their growth ambitions. Our financial solutions consist of mezzanine financing and minority equity for management buy-outs, acquisitions, growth financing or transfer of shares as well as project investments in Western-Europe. MEP also offers financing for Private Equity parties in acquisitions or investments in growth as well as support in selling partial or whole stake in a portfolio company. Since January 2019 MEP also offers Scale-up Debt to technology companies in cooperation with Private Equity parties.
Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department can provide specialist knowledge and expertise to successfully get through any transaction process and delivers a vast amount of experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions by public and private companies, management teams and Private Equity investors. In addition to acquisitions and disposals, M&A assist clients in mergers, public offers, management buy-outs and corporate development deals.
