Capital A is an investment company with a new name and a rich history. The Capital A team was previously responsible for mid-market private equity investments at ABN AMRO under the name ABN AMRO Participaties. In 2018, this investment team became independent and continued as Capital A. Their focus is on companies in the Netherlands and Belgium with a clear growth profile (organic and/or through acquisitions).
Their investments primarily consist of significant minority or small majority stakes, and they always collaborate closely with their management teams. The current investment portfolio comprises more than 25 successful companies. They particularly concentrate on the sectors of TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), education, healthcare, business services, and industry. However, growth and entrepreneurship are the most crucial criteria for them. Their mission is to work together with all their management teams to shape a new growth phase for the company.
