The description is: While the evidence on value creation in M&A is mixed, there is no reason to think that you can't create value in M&A. The secret to investing well is understanding what you are buying and ensuring you pay a price below the value of the target. In M&A, the key is to distinguish growth from value creation and we will delve into this tricking distinction, and highlight the importance of using M&A to enhance the competitive advantage of the combined company.
