Danielle is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht, met een focus op private M&A, Private Equity en Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transacties. Zij heeft ruim ervaring met acquisities, desinvesteringen, joint ventures en diverse ECM transacties (beursgangen, claimemissies en ABBs). Danielle heeft in 2012 een half jaar vanuit A&O’s kantoor in Shanghai gewerkt waar zij zowel internationale als Chinese cliënten adviseerde bij in- en outbound M&A. Haar belangrijkste clienten zijn Bencis Capital Partners, EQT, Parcom Capital, Aalberts Industries, Ministerie van Financiën/NLFI, Nederlandse Gasunie en ING.

• Aalberts on the acquisition of Lamers High Tech systems and BSM Valves

• Bencis Capital Partners on various acquisitions and disposals, including                                                         
–  the acquisition of a stake in EW Facility Services, a facility service provider and market leader in the hotel sector.
–  the acquisition of a majority stake in Prinsen Food Group and Koninklijke Buisman    
–  the sale of Koninklijke Sanders, a manufacturer and developer of personal care products,
–  the sale of Catalpa (Estro), a former childcare group
• EQT on the acquisition of company information experts Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing from Charterhouse.

• Parcom Capital on various acquisitions and disposals, including the sale of Qizini, a sandwich producer and supplier to retail outlets (gas stations, Supermarkets etc.), to Natsu.

• Talpa Media on its EUR1.225m acquisition, in a consortium with Sanoma, of the Dutch free-to-air TV assets of SBS, a European broadcasting group, from ProSiebenSat.1 by way of a competitive auction.

• Nederlandse Gasunie in respect of the split off of the derivatives and gas spot activities by APX-Endex and the subsequent sale to ICE.

• Anbang Insurance Group on its acquisition of VIVAT verzekeringen (REAAL) from SNS Reaal.

• Amtrada on the sale of its global bulk coffee activities in the Netherlands, Singapore, Indonesia, India and Vietnam to Sucres et Denrees.

• Fondel on the disposal of a majority interest in Inashco, which is active in the development and exploitation of technology for the recycling of bottom ash from waste to energy plants, to Waterland Private Equity as well as on their continuing minority interest in Inashco, besides Waterland, Delft Enterprises and management.

ECM:

• ING and NN Group on the EUR 2 billion IPO of NN Group

• SBM Offshore on their EUR 190 million rights issue and private placement to HAL • Delta Lloyd on its EUR2.65 billion IPO
