Having started his career in the London City, Roel has quickly built-up his network within the Dutch investment and M&A/TS advisory community.

Roel has been instrumental in the Dutch market entry of Argos and building its market presence and position here in recent years. Roel worked, since taking over from his colleague Arne Louwagie, until summer 2021 on the monitoring of future groep (rebranded to Cohedron) and provided hands-on support to the company in its reorganization, technology/software development, buy & build (Roel supported management in 13 add-ons closed), refinancing and successful sales process to House of HR which was closed in the summer of 2021 – marking the first successful exit of a portfolio company for Argos in the Dutch market.
