Chiel is the best PE manager I have had so far. We never have the idea that he tries to send us in a certain direction. I always have the feeling that he is sitting beside me to help me manage my company instead of having the feeling that he is on the other side of the table and telling me how to run the business. As we are on a path of buy and build, we often have meetings together and visit third parties. He is a very easy going pleasant person who makes people feel comfortable during meetings, ofwhich the message is not always easy or pleasant. For me, Chiel is helping and serving us in making our company better instead of telling us what and how we should do our job.”
